Comments from Clients
“What set Velda apart in my experience was that I could sense that she made my goal her goal. She was willing to do whatever it took to get my system working properly. And she was willing to do so with a patient and kind attitude throughout.”

“I have never in all my sixteen years of computing, and having had many, many contacts with Tech Support people been so completely amazed at one person’s dedication to a company and its customers. Velda is a PERFECT example of what customers are looking for in technical support service. In fact, her dedication is much more than anyone could ever expect.”

    Hey Velda,

Great site, great work. I’m an ex-servant, worked with you on the Quantex side. Glad to see a fellow Tech-Slave doing so well. Love the site, keep it up.

No way! how are you doing Velda? This is John O’Neal one of your other coworkers back in the day at Techserv. It is way to late at night but for some reason I was up late looking for Techserv’s old address for my job history and stumbled accross your site. Cool. Not sure if you remember Nicole or I but we are still married and have 2 kids now. We live in Highland. I love your logos and photos. I spend a lot of my time taking pictures and doing graphic design just for fun. Not worthy of your skills though. Anyway, Chow.

Hey John (And Nicole)! Of course I remember you both. And you’re not the only one up late.. I’m just finishing some quick and dirty editing for a client. I’d shoot you a note back, but didn’t see your email – hope you see this anyway!

Go join the facebook group. It needs more people and more old photos if you’ve got em 🙂
