So, we’ll just put this out there: I’m a mormon. Today the kids and I walked into our crowded chapel (actually we walked into a crowded gymnasium connected to a chapel’s overflow area) just in time to hear some bittersweet news: our congregation (we call it a ward) is splitting into two. Each congregation is determined geographically, so after announcing the new boundaries, they had each group stand as the new lay leadership was introduced. The new lay leadership will, in turn, call other leaders and teachers in the coming weeks as the newly divided wards get organized. My kids poked my side and asked if it was something like that youtube video on mitosis that we watched the other day. Yeah, it really did feel much like this:
Off to rest, and hopefully get in some good cytokinesis soon…
Oh really you are a Mormon…I want to learn more about that religion…

Yup, I am. Not the best one, but I love the faith anyhow. You can read a lot about it at mormon.org.
