Well this one’s easy: I’m good at WordPress, especially setup, design, and troubleshooting. I’ve been working with WordPress for almost twenty years.
If you’ve ever contacted support at Automattic or searched for help online, you might have come across my work. I’ve spent a lot of time in community forums, and I also help out at local meetups. I love turning frustrated users into confident ones, and creating feature requests and bug reports to make things better. I don’t offer one-on-one help through this site, but if you’ve got a pressing question, feel free to comment and I’ll point you to helpful resources.
Beyond WordPress, I’m good at spotting patterns, untangling messes, and helping people and projects find a clearer path forward. I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years, and I’m good at spotting what’s not working and making practical tweaks that help things run more smoothly for real people.
Oh, and I’m not bad at phone photography, either. I get too perfectionistic with a real camera, but I like sharing everyday shots from my phone. I sometimes post them on my Haiku page. Just don’t expect high-quality poetry. I’m better at silly rhymes.
